PRE-ORDERS

We are super excited to be launching our new online store June 23/2021 we will be taking PRE-ORDERS for all of our products starting June 23, 2021 – August 1, 2021 and orders will be processed in late August and payment links will be sent out to customers, allowing you to complete your order through our online store and all items will be shipped in early September!

PAYMENTS

Online payments are processed at our secure checkout. We currently accept e-transfers only. Once your order is placed our office will email you your confirmation and e-transfer information. Once the e-transfer is received your item will be prepared for shipping.

All sales will be charged in Canadian dollars.

PICK-UPS

Choose Local Pickup at checkout if you would like to order online and pick-up your order from our local Winnipeg ESC Studio pick-up location. ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 4 WEEKS. After 4 weeks, you will be sent a Shipping Invoice. You will have 24 hours to pay your invoice. If left unpaid, your items will be donated to a women's shelter or a local non-profit.

The pick-up location is in Winnipeg, MB and the exact location will be provided after the order is confirmed.

You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready to be picked up.

SHIPPING

Manitoba Orders

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders OVER $100 shipped within Manitoba!  (before applicable taxes and after discounts have been applied). Orders under $100 (before taxes and discounts) will be subject to a $15 Flat Rate Shipping Fee which is must be selected at checkout.

 

NOTE | We are currently ONLY Shipping in Manitoba till September 30, 2021, after which time we will ship throughout Canada through Canada Post and will notify you once your package has been shipped. All items are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Canadian Orders

We are only offering shipping in Manitoba at this time. But stay tuned as we will be launching our Canadian Orders by October 1, 2021 We ship in Canada through Canada Post.

USA + International Orders

At this time, we are not shipping to the USA or Internationally.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We are sorry to hear you didn’t love your purchase from ESC. All returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of an emailed gift card.

 

We do NOT offer refunds.

 

Items must be in new and unworn condition, with the tags still on to be eligible for return (=eGift) or exchange. The items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase and the customer is responsible for shipping charges unless the mistake was on our end. In the event that of an item wishing to be exchanged is not being in stock, you will then be issued an eGift card.

 

Sale items, jewelry, accessories, shoes/slippers, swim wear, bodysuits, intimates, candles are FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. All pre-order sales will be final, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

 

Any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. The emailed gift card will be issued once the return is received.

How Do I Return My Item?

1. Please contact hello@emmasinghcreative.com to request a return form and reason for return.

2. A confirmation email will be sent to you approving the return.

3. Once approved, safely package the items along with completed return form and ship to address provided.  remember, return shipping costs are not covered by ESC.

4. Once your return is received, approved, and processed, please allow for 5-10 business days for receipt of emailed gift card.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel.
